I keep seeing 'you have overpaid, claim a repayment' on the account. When I claim, it asks for bank account details etc and then I get a receipt for submitting the claim. 48 hours later the amount goes back on the account and again it says 'you have overpaid, claim a repayment' . Yet again, I enter the bank account details, press submit and get a receipt number. 48 hours later, same thing. I know the bank details are correct, and I even tried using another account in case it didn't like Monzo bank - made no difference. Now done it 6 times. Any ideas?
