I am signed into Government Gateway, but they say its wrong for self assessment ???

Someone please help me ! This is driving me mad. I have logged into my Government Gateway, and it says this isn't the account I used for my self assessment ? Well I haven't got another account. I can view last years self assessment but it wont let me do this years, what is going on ? And what can I do ? No one can verify with a Northern Ireland drivers licence if they are British ! HELP 1
