Hello HMRC, I am preparing to do my first-ever self-assessment tax return. Situation: 1x property - as a nonresident landlord. Can I confirm: 1) I need to fill out SA100, SA105 and SA109. 2) That I (unfortunately) have no option to fill this online because of the SA109 supplement is not offered online. Is that correct? (Online would be a much easier/faster and convenient method) I look forward to your responses. Thank you in advance.

That is correct. should you wish to file online you can buy 3rd party software - Self Assessment commercial software suppliers
