Hi, I have have two PAYE jobs and am also self employed with each work bringing in about a third of my income. I just wanted to know if self-employed payments on account are only made against tax from self-employed profits or calculated against my entire tax bill, including my PAYE jobs.

Your payments on account will be calculated using only your Self - Employed income.
