My dad now received the UK state pension and has lived in Cyprus for several years. My understanding is that the UK/CYP Double Taxation Treaty means this is solely taxable in Cyprus. But how do I declare this on his tax return (he has a UK rental property) - just omit it? Do I need to file some kind of form first to be able to omit it? I don't want to file and leave it off then it get reinstated at a later point. Thank you in advance!
