EIS Tax Relief Calculation

Preparing my online self assessment with £45K of EIS Tax Relief to claim. Final calculation shows expected 30% of 45K to be around £6K when expecting £15K. The final calculation seems to be incorrect and looks to be not taking the EIS relief into account. Please advise before I submit my return. Thanks.

Additional information, the final calculation refund balance is the exact same amount of tax deducted via my employer.

Hi,

The tax relief has been restriced to the amount of tax you have actually paid. You cannot receive more than the tax already deducted.
