For the last few years I have used Verify. This year I have followed the online process to log in. My passport and driving licence were accepted and the process continued to ask for my UTR which is on last years calculation document but it says this is not recognised. I have tried many times and get the same result. The automated phone line cuts you off. Emails tell me to follow the online help and I get the same result. Please help. I am copying the number as it appears on my documents from HMRC

Thank you for your response but as I have said it is impossible to contact anyone. The phone line cuts you off after telling you that it is busy. The online help does not work. How do I get help?

Our helplines can be busy later in the day, if you are able to call before 10am you should be able to get through.
