Problems registering for self assesment

I cant sign in to do online self assesments as I dont have my Gateway ID or password. I dont live at my last address, The online options dont have a solution and I cant get through on the phone?! Can I book an appointment to see somone at a local office or can I get help/resolution here?

Hi,

We no longer have offices that you would be able to visit. You can print off the SA1 registration form and send this to us by post or you will need to try our Self Assessment team again.
