I've tried to claim credits from my account but been told my repayment is under review and I will receive a letter within 10 weeks? Why would a letter be sent out within 110 weeks rather than my repayment payed into my bank account?

Hi Sapper2340,

You should expect a letter within that timescale or the repayment to be issued, it may take slightly longer to receive if it is paid right at the end of that timescale.
