Reporting dividend below threshold for the self assessment

Do dividend payments below the threshold need to be reported in the annual self assessment? Last year i received approx 200gbp of dividends from my revolut account (US stocks). does this amount need to be reported in my annual self assessment filing? i dont have any income personal allowance Thank you
