How non-resident register Government Gateway without UK address

How non-resident register Government Gateway without UK address? I want to file the self assessment but I don't have UK address, Can you tell me how?

I have rental income made from UK property, but am non-resident, how can i file the tax and pay the tax please?

Thank you for your question.

If you need to submit residence and remittance pages with your 2022-2023 tax return you will only be able to send your Self Assessment Tax return online if you use third party software.

If you do not want to purchase third party software you will need to submit a paper return with the appropriate supplemetary pages before 31 October 2023.
