I participate in various employer share plans (Schedule 2 Share Incentive Plan, Schedule 3 Save As You Earn and I receive employee shares as part of my benefits). Do I need to disclose anything in my Self Assessment tax return to make HMRC aware of my participation in these schemes?

You do not need to show anything apart from any dividends received.

Any income tax or capital gains tax due will be reported when the shares are vested or sold.
