Share dividends from foreign owned company

I have a small number of shares in a Spanish owned power company. I also have shares in a couple of UK companies. When I put the amount of the foreign dividends in my tax return - [the amount is less than £50 and this is my only foreign income], I get a red warning message. The message says 'Warning please check and amend the entry below'. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong?

Warning messages are not the same as error messages. A warning message is asking you to check your entries to ensure they are correct. If they are, please click on save and continue and you will move on to the next section.  

An error message is telling you there is a issue that needs to be fixed.
