Hi, I received RSU from my employer and some of these vested in August last year, with 56% of the value of these being withheld for UK taxation. On my payslip for this period, the value of the stock vested is showing as income received and the deductions associated with this are included on my payslip and therefore on my P60, however the PAYE deduction does not match the value of withheld stock. (Employers NIC + Tax @40% + NI) is less than the value of Withheld RSU How do I confirm this and report it on my self assessment return? thanks Andy

You would normally only include the Pay and Tax on the employment page.

However if there is additional tax witheld not included on the P60 figure, you can include this additional tax
under the foreign Tax Credit relief section of the Foreign Pages on the tax return.

Thank you.
