Letter of confirmation for residence purposes

Hello Team Can I ask you please, what is the average processing time now for a letter of confirmation for residence? I made an application a few weeks ago and I have not received a reply from HMRC yet. Is there a dedicated phone number that I can use to ask for an update? Thank you for your time

Where a request for a certificate of residence was submitted online, you should expect to receive a reply within approximately 2 to 3 weeks.  If you submitted the request by emailing a form, it will take a little longer . Thank you.

Hello. i have tried to find the place where you can apply for the certificate online, (via logging into the Government Gateway with my user name and password, but i can't find where to apply for the certificate. I have found the "email a form" document, but i wanted to take the more direct and faster route, only i can't figure out how to do it. Can you tell me?
