I'm a higher rate payer. Donations of 20 plus 5 gift aid. On my tax return do I put 25?

Says hi how's the title says I've basically I'm a higher rate payer over 100,000 pounds and what I wanted to know was that if I was to claim for charity donations I've put a donation of 20 Pounds somewhere and I've claimed five pound Gift Aid does that mean on my tax return I'll put in 25 pounds or dropped 20 pounds
