Hi there, My address with self assessment is wrong. It is kept as my employer's address 12 years ago. I have phoned several times to self assessment team over the past month and it is still not get updated. Seem to be the issue an old system TBS. I need to submit my 2021-2022 self assessment return. Because the address is not up to date, I could not receive the activation code for self assessment online neither could I receive any communication letter for self-assessment. Is there any suggestion that I could have my address updated quickly? Each time I've been asked to wait for 72 hours and it is more than a month since my first phone call. As the deadline is drawing near, I really would like to start filling my self assessment form. Many thanks for your help,

Hi,
 
If we have been unable to update the address on our records, this would need to be escalated by our SA helpline,
there would be no other way for you to receive the activation code until this is updated.
