I completed the 'Stopping self employment' online form, on which my address was prefilled correctly by the system, but I get an email later saying it's been rejected because my address is wrong. The address is correct and it was prefilled, why is this a problem? I have tried twice only to be rejected twice, and I've tried to call but just can't get through to anyone. How am I supposed to resolve this?

I couldnt be sure why it was being rejected without checking your record, you would need to query this with our
Self Assessment department who can ensure your records are updated correctly.
