For a year I have been getting someone elses mail. For a year I have been sending them back to the 'Return to Sender' address on the back of the envelope and still they keep coming. I opened the letter (which is legal in execptional circumstances) and sent a letter to all the different departments I can to tell them they have the wrong address. But still the letters keep coming. I try and call, but HMRC never answers. Does anyone even deal with 'return to sender' post? I feel I am a victim of fraud - why is this person using my address? This man owes HMRC nearly £14,000. How many other people are getting these letters, posting them back for nothing to change??
