Budget Payment Plan after repayment deadline

Hi, is the Budget Repayment Plan available if the repayment deadline is 31 January 2023? I've just completed my SA for tax year 21-22, and would like to set up a Budget Repayment Plan to pay it off - but it is not clear whether it has to be paid off in full before 31 January 2023, or it can be paid off weekly/monthly after this date still. Thanks

It can be paid off after that date but needs to be set up before 31/1/23 and all previous tax is clear.
