Requested repayment never gets paid

I have used the ‘request a repayment’ form online to request my refund of overpaid tax. I have filled it in several times since end Jan, and the amount has never been paid, and after a few days the form just reverts back to saying the amount is available, as though I hadn’t done it at all. The last time I did it was 19 March and I took a screengrab so I know I have definitely done it correctly. I just don’t know what to do now as I can’t get through on the phone.
