Hi, I am a basic rate tax payer.
I got dividends from a China-based company (a China Bank) which is listed in HONG KONG Stock market (H-shares stock).
There is 10% withholding tax (for China government) which was deducted before I receive the dividends in Hong Kong. eg, original divident amount is £100 and I only received £90.
Can I claim Foreign Tax Credit Relief for this 10% in SA106?
Thanks Best regards

Thank you
