Hi, This is the first time I have exceeded PAYE of £100k. I updated my projected income throughout the year via the Government Gateway and had a small deficit of tax ~£150. This is accounted for in my 2023/24 tax code. Do I still need to submit a self assessment? Thanks.

Yes. As you earned over £100k, the tax return is still required for 2022 to 2023.
