telephone number change- Personal details

Hi, may I know how to inform HMRC for telephone number change, I can't locate it in " personal details " section when I log into my account . The verification code always goes to my old mobile number . thanks

You can only update this when you are trying to login. On the page when it asks you to enter the code there will be an option to say you cannot receive the code.
