Hi, I have managed to fill out the CWF1 Form more than a week ago. But I have not received any email. So right now I am not sure about the progress and what is supposed to do. Is there any way to find it out? Thank you

You should have received a registration reference when you registered online - it may be stored in an email. 

If you have not received a registration number then you have not registered successfully.

You can resubmit your CWF1 or register over the phone with the Self Employed Helpline -   03002003500 .
