Self Assessment regarding Company SIP share scheme dividends

Hi all I have a company SIP share allocation. Shares are automatically reinvested instead of dividend payments. For the shares that are reinvested within the Tax free allocation (I presume these are labeled tax free in the share tool due to being more than 5 years old ?), do I need to declare these "dividend shares" in my self assessment ? thanks
