EIM75020

Hi. I applied at the beginning of February for a back payment lump sum in tax year 2021-22 to be reassessed by allocating payments since 2015 on an accrual basis, as per EIM75020. The address of the relevant department is HMRC, BX9 1AS. From info on website, this should have been processed within four weeks. I have heard nothing back from them, and it is now nine weeks since I contacted them. Is there a direct number for this department? Or can I contact them directly by email, for example?

You will need to telephone the contact centre for tax enquiries, to progress chase your repayment.
