Cannot Activate Self Assessment

Hello I have filled in an SA1 form 3 times now, I have today received my UTR number but when I go into my personnel tax account I cannot activate the self assessment. There is no option to do this anywhere. Can anyone advise me on this Thanks

If you are seeking to complete an online tax rturn for 2021 to 5 April 2022, you will need to contact the self assessment helpline on 0300 200 33100, as it would appear that your self assessment record is not expecting a tax return for 2021 to 2022.  The 2022 to 2023 tax return will not be available until after 6 April 2023. The line is open Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm – closed Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays  . Thank you.
