Hi. I am using FIG regime and relief on all foreign income for 4 years. In 2025/2026 I have US dividends and 15% withholding tax is charged in the US at source. In UK I am paying 0% under FIG regime relief. Is there any option to claim withholding tax paid by the US entity back?

Hi,
If there is no UK tax due on the same source of income then no.
You would need to contact the foreign authoriity to claim the tax back.
Thank you.
