UTR number pending

I have submitted the UTR number application SA1 on 18 Sep. 2022. There is no feed back yet neither from email , HMRC online service nor post. I have checked the “ check progress” in the HMRC online service but it shows” we can’t find any forms or post from you”. Should I apply it again since the deadline is 5 Oct. 2022. Please advise. Thanks!
