Self Assessment and income from self-employment, State Pension and Irish Pension

Hi I'm helping someone fill in their Self Assessment and unsure whether their income from their monthly State and Irish pensions needs to be included? I'm aware that all income has to be declared but a few people have suggested that these do not need to be included. Just looking for some clarification. Thanks.

If a person is a UK tax resident they need to declare their worldwide income in the tax return.
