NTR number

Dear Sir, I would like to have a NTR number to fill in my tax return but only have driving license which cannot confirm my identity. How can I get the NTR number in other way? Thanks

Hi,
 
I am not sure what you mean by NTR number, if you mean UTR number, you will need to register with our on-screen and
print form to send to HMRC.
