Umbrella Company Business Expenses

Hi there, I have general unclaimed business expenses from my contract work outside of IR35. Can I claim those expenses back through my self-assessment tax return? E.g. Business travel and hotel accommodation, training and certification courses, professional subscriptions, umbrella company charges and occasional mileage costs to end client's various business sites.
