Unable to complete SA registration due to errors.

Hello, First up, some background. 1. I was previously self employed about 13 years ago, but then went full time employed 13 years ago, so I already have a UTR number that has been dormant since them. 2. I started working freelance/self employed in the last tax year (24/25), so am in the process of wanting to fill out my tax return. 3. I followed the "Check how to register for Self Assessment", and it said I need to "reactivate" my account due to having previously registered. My issue is that I have been unable to complete this registration form in any way to due errors when trying to submit. I have tried both options 1. the online form: https://online.hmrc.gov.uk/shortforms/form/CWF1ST?dept-name=CWF1&sub-dep But an error with the Business name field prevents me from submitting. The error is about the formating of the Business name, but I have left the field blank as it is not mandatory. 2. the CWF1 Form: https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/print-and-post/form/NICs_iForms/1.0/CWF1_20167/cwf1.xdp I filled out the form, but when pressing "preview" for printing, the page instead loaded to a "try again later" error page. Is this a known issue? Is there another way to complete this form, or is actually unnecessary? Thank you,
