Hi HMRC, Since I got very little foreign taxable income from bank saving interest, I think I have to do a self-assessment and submit tax return. However, when I try to register self-assessment. I need to select the option why i need to register self-assessment, i decided to choose "I'm getting taxable foreign income of £300 or more". However, I checked that my foreign saving interest amount honestly is less than £300. Therefore, in this scenario, do I still need to register self-assessment account? Thanks!
