Failure of self assessment registration with address problem

I want to know what shall I do if my address in HMRC record is correct when my application for self assessment rejected with the given reason that the address I provided doesn't match the one in HMRC record. The online assistant doesn't help at all. Called HMRC and failed to get proper response.
