UTR and sole trader name confirmation for trading on Amazon in Europr

Hi I have registered as a Sole trader back in May 2022 and requested documentation from HMRC to confirm this to enable me to continue selling on Amazon.de HMRC have sent a letter with my UTR details on but this is not sufficient for Amazon, they require my sole trader name and UTR number, to prove I am registered to pay tax. How can I obtain this please.
