Hi If Capital Gains arise within a Canadian RRSP (e.g. purchase/sale of shares), but the funds stay entirely within the RRSP, with no withdrawals being made, are the gains subject to CGT in the UK for a UK tax resident ? Many thx..

No as its the RRSP that is trading in order to boost your pension for when you actually make a withdrawal.
