Hi, I have a query regarding the declaration of foreign income for the 2023-2024 tax year. My total income includes: £11,200 from UK interest, £270 from foreign interest (HK), and £200 from foreign dividends (US). Do I need to declare the foreign interest and dividend income, given the small amounts? If so, should I use the SA106 form to report this, or is it sufficient to include it directly on the SA100 form? Thank you for your assistance.

Hi,
Yes.  As a UK resident, you are required to declare your world wide income, which means that you have to declare those small amounts of foreign interest and dividends.
Thankyou.
