I completed my self-assessment on 11th November 2022. On 14th November, I checked my account and the return had been processed. That day, I requested a refund into my bank account. The response said I'd probably have the refund within 2 weeks but it might take up to 4. Nothing has happened. I have repeated the request 4 or 5 times, and each time I get the same message saying I'll have to refund within 2 weeks, but I haven't got anything, and each time I check my account online, the money is still showing there. Why is this not happening? What do I need to do to get my refund?

Could I get a response to this, please? Even if just to say it'll take months. All I kept being told - for more than 3 months now - is it'll be in my account within 2 weeks, over and over again.

If the refund isnt showing as pending, you will need to contact our helpline to check if there is an issue stopping the refund being issued.
