I am 60 years old currently employed in Belgium. My employer is offering me early retirment, effectively paying me up to the minimum age/years of career (63 & 42 years career). Belgium pension authorities have received my career record P5000UK from DWP and are counting the 3 years of Juvenile credits as career. This is prejudicing me as they calculate my earliest date in 2022 instead on 2024. DWP sent an explanation to Belgium authorities using another form P10000 however Belgium authorities require thet the years of juvenile credits be removed from P5000UK. Can HMRC remove these Juvenile credits from my statement? I don't need them as my career in UK & Belgium is >35 years. I read that HMRC have stopped the attritubution of juvenile credits but they are still showing on my statement.
