ILR for my dependants if I receive Child Benefit

I have got ILR already. Can my child and wife (both born in India) apply for ILR if I receive Child Benefit? Arised this doubt from this page (Search for "public fund" in it) : https://www.gov.uk/indefinite-leave-to-remain-family/partner-dependant-work-visa
