Trading name showed pending for 30 days.

HI, I want to add a trading name through "Sign in to your VAT online account" and I have conduct this one month before. And the link https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/vat-through-software/account/change-business-details when I check again, my trading name still show pending. My markeetplace asked me to do so, so it is very important to me. Do you have a email contact method, so that I can check what is wrong and why takes so long?
