Finding your VAT account balance

If I look at the Payment history page for my VAT, it shows entries like this: 5 Jul VAT for period 1 Mar to 31 May 2024 £17.52 5 Jul Unallocated payment £17.52 Does that mean I have overpaid? Or is the line that shows unallocated payment then applied to the line above it? I'm finding this confusing. And there is no running balance. How do I find out what the current balance is and whether I am due a refund?

Your acount online does appear to be misleading.
Can you  please contact us on our helpline so that we can confirm the position of the account and if in fact that are any credits for us to release to you.
