We are in an area where there is a proposed visitor levy coming in on accommodation. So the visitor will be charged the levy and then paid out to the Council on a quarterly basis. Does this initial income from the visitor count towards business turnover? Ie it could tip some people over the threshold Obviously this money will the be paid to the Council and the income zeroed
