hello, I have few EIS3 file, but I don't do the self assessment, because I'm a PAYE. At the end of May I sent the EIS by mail to the HMRC. after few days(the 5th of June) on my personal page of the tax service, there were write that they received the file and that in around 14 days I will receive more information. The "estimated completion" of the procedure was the 26th of June. but at the end, until today, I didn't receive any information and I don't find any way to contact them for ask more information. Do someone know how to contact the HMRC or if it's normal that the procedure is not close after more than 2 months? thanks. Valerio

The current timescale for dealing with EIS claims is a bit longer than normal due to the Covid-19 situation. As long as your claim is noted as received, it will be dealt with.

You can progress chase correspondance via either our webchat service or on the telephone:

Income Tax: general enquiries.

Thank you
