I've been having similar issues, have a driving license but no passport, however, when I attempted to verify myself 2 days ago there was the option to answer questions from your credit report. Would appear they've removed that option so I'm stuck.

I requested a repayment 7 days ago, but it is not showing as pending or even requested. After 48 hours the overpayment was available to be requested all over again as if my previous attempt was ignored?

It would appear the option to confirm my identity through answering questions from my credit report has been removed. The option was available only the day before. Will this option be coming back?
