EIS Claim form for Tax Refund
Hello I posted a EIS claim form to claim backdated tax relief for an EIS investment, I sent it to the BX9 address 2 weeks ago, but have had no confirmation of receipt or action. Is there an email address that I can also email this form to? As its coming up to the 5 year deadline I don't want a situation to anise where HMRC say we didn't get the form. Thanks in advance
