I am aware that there is the 3 month time limit from completion to submit the claim. However, is there a time limit on the age of VAT invoices - does it matter that the first invoice for materials is 24 or 36 months before the completion date, but provided it is after the planning permission approval? I cannot see any guidance specifying any time limit.
