  • “You already have a payment plan with HMRC“

    I previously had a payment plan to pay a previous tax year’s bill over a period of several months, and this was completed in December 2024. I now wish to do the same for the next bill that is due but when I select the option in my HMRC account I see the message “ You already have a payment plan with HMRC”. Can this be updated/replaced with a fresh plan without having to call? Thanks.
